Meet the Staff
Sean M. Wild, CEO
Sean M. Wild currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Pennsylvania Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Ltd, a large multi-office specialty surgical practice in Pennsylvania. He brings a team-based organizational approach to his leadership model. He developed this leadership model from his broad-based experiences having served in the United States Navy for eight years as a United States Naval Intelligence Specialist, and in the private sector in numerous businesses both as an owner and a manager. Prior to entering Health Care he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. from Rider University and was noted for outstanding academic achievement as an Andrew J. Rider Scholar.
Sean M. Wild believes that partnerships need to be created between management and staff to ensure that goals are met. By the creation of this symbiotic relationship, the practice has the ability to flourish in a supportive environment, thus lowering the stress of all principals involved.
Kathleen Cripps, Implant Treatment Coordinator
Kathleen Cripps received her BA in Social Sciences from Bloomsburg University. Upon graduation, she worked in the human services field in Chester County, Pa. for 4 years. Prior to joining our PennOMS team in 2003, Kathy provided case management services to at-risk children and families involved in the child welfare system. She currently is serving in the role as the PennOMS Implant Treatment Coordinator for all four of our locations. Her attention to detail and drive to provide the best customer service, along with her genuine care and well being for our patients outcomes, has made her a tremendous asset to our Practice and patients alike.
