Lauren Marasheski

Lauren is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who provides compassionate, patient-centered care at Pennsylvania Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, she is dedicated to serving the community she calls home.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and began her career at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she spent five years working in both the Medical-Surgical Unit and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Thomas Jefferson University, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her role within oral and maxillofacial surgery, Lauren combines her strong clinical background with a calm, attentive approach to patient care. She is committed to ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and comfortable throughout their surgical experience.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Philadelphia area and going for long walks with her husband and their dog, Archie.
Kelly Henzler

Kelly was born and raised in Havertown, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Widener University and began her nursing career on a cardiac step-down unit in a small South Jersey hospital, where she worked for seven years. She later joined Lankenau Hospital, advancing into the role of Nursing Supervisor while simultaneously pursuing her graduate education.
Kelly went on to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing from Neumann University and is now a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
Outside of her clinical practice, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and loves traveling to new destinations.
Amanda Petruskevicius

Amanda was born and raised in Connecticut. She came to the Pennsylvania area to complete her undergraduate degree in Biology and to play volleyball at DeSales University. She went on to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at West Chester University. After obtaining her nursing degree, Amanda worked as a Registered Nurse at Lankenau Medical Center on their Surgical Step-Down Unit for five years.
Amanda decided to continue her education and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Villanova University. She is now a board certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). Her clinical interests include patient education, dental implants, and dentoalveolar surgery.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys playing volleyball, running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Carla Dempsey

Carla Dempsey was born and raised in Havertown, Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate studies at West Chester University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2016. After obtaining her nursing degree, Carla worked as a Registered Nurse at Bryn Mawr Hospital and other facilities, specializing in post-surgery care, orthopedics, and geriatrics.
Carla graduated from Villanova University with a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2021. She now works as a board certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). Her clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, and patient education. As a nurse, Carla believes in patient-centered care and will work with each individual to create the best treatment plan.
Carla currently resides in Conshohocken, PA with her husband and dog. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fitness, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
